Delete Your Account

You can delete your Smart‑Cart account at any time, either directly from within the app or by contacting us. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Smart‑Cart app on your device.
  2. Tap the Account tab (bottom right of the screen).
  3. Sign in if you are not already logged in.
  4. Scroll down to the Delete Account section and tap it to expand.
  5. Enter your password and tap Delete My Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What data is deleted

Community price submissions ANONYMISED & RETAINED Kept in anonymised form to maintain price accuracy for all users. Your name and email are removed.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through the platform you subscribed on before deleting your account:
